We have been very confused. The spring flowers boldly pushed aside the winter soil and then at the end of February the wind changed and snow and ice arrived and they disappeared. As the snow melted away and we seemed to be getting back on track - another batch of snow arrived! However we are glad to report that as of today, although still cold and wet, the primroses have re-appeared and are brightening the soggy woods and banks with their brilliant yellow carpeting. Our new chicks are also adding a splash of brightness. Just waiting for some warm sunshine now! Gordon and Sylvia xxx |
About UsHello! My name is Gordon and I am a Gold Sebright and my best friend is Sylvia. She is a Silver Sebright. We live with our foster parents on a small farm in the country. We thought that we would put our take on life and what we get up to through the year into a diary for you. All the characters are real and the events are a true record, interpreted with a modicum of poetic licence. We hope you enjoy it. Love Gordon and Sylvia Archives
