What a wonderful time we had yesterday at the Show! I met so many lovely people who came to visit me and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. But it isn't over yet. Back again today! Hooray!!
Lots of people entered the competition to guess our names and I can't give too much away as you can have another go today. But those who have got it spot on at the moment are Rachel, Ellie and Millie! Their names will go into the hat along with the absolutely correct ones from today! The excitement is almost too much to bear - I am loving every minute!
Yesterday Mum fed the rest of our friends at home - it was a lovely sunny day after the frosty start and they all lounged in the warm rays. A tiny lamb was born in the morning at half past 10. Mum rang Farmer Richard and told him that a lamb had appeared and he was amazed!
'Do you mean from the ewe that I told you yesterday wasn't in lamb?' he asked.
Mum had replied 'Yes - the very one!'
What a lovely surprise on the 1st of May in the spring sunshine.
But enough of my ramblings - I must wake up Sylvia and spruce myself up ready to jump in the car with Dad for Day 2 at the Spring Garden Show! See you there! Love Gordon xxx
